1 red bell pepper
1 zucchini
2 carrots
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
400 ml chicken broth
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1Cut the chicken breast into cubes and the vegetables into small pieces
2Heat the olive oil in a large pan and cook the chicken breast until golden brown
