1 bunch of green asparagus
200 g quinoa
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 15-20 minutes in the oven, until the salmon easily flakes apart.
3While the salmon is roasting, cook the quinoa according to the package instructions.
4Trim the woody ends off the asparagus and grill them with a little olive oil in a grill pan until tender.
