  • salmon fillets
  • bunch of green asparagus
  • 200 g quinoa
  • tablespoons of olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  • lemon
  •  Handful of fresh dill

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. 2 Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 15-20 minutes in the oven, until the salmon easily flakes apart.
