Ingredients

  • 400 grams whole wheat pasta
  • salmon fillets
  • large broccoli, cut into florets
  • cloves of garlic, minced
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • 200 ml light cooking cream
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  •  Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. 1 Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet and cook the salmon fillets over medium-high heat until cooked through. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
  3. 3 In the same pan, add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the broccoli florets and cook until tender-crisp.
  4. 4 Add the cooking cream to the pan and season with salt and pepper.
