  • 500 g fresh spinach
  • 250 g ricotta cheese
  • onion
  • cloves of garlic
  • 400 g canned diced tomatoes
  • 100 g grated cheese
  • tablespoons olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. 2 Finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and sauté the onion and garlic.
  3. 3 Add the spinach and let it wilt. Then add the diced tomatoes and ricotta. Stir everything well and season with salt and pepper.
