500 g fresh spinach
250 g ricotta cheese
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
400 g canned diced tomatoes
100 g grated cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
2Finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and sauté the onion and garlic.
3Add the spinach and let it wilt. Then add the diced tomatoes and ricotta. Stir everything well and season with salt and pepper.
4Layer the lasagna in a baking dish. Start with a layer of sauce, then a layer of lasagna sheets, and repeat until the sauce is finished. Finish with a layer of sauce.
