  • small corn tortillas
  • cans black beans, drained and rinsed
  • ripe avocados, pitted and sliced
  • 200 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
  • red onion, finely chopped
  • lime, for juice and zest
  •  Fresh coriander, chopped
  • teaspoon cumin
  • teaspoon chili powder
  •  Olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and place the corn tortillas on a baking sheet.
