2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
2 ripe avocados, pitted and sliced
200 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
1 red onion, finely chopped
1 lime, for juice and zest
Fresh coriander, chopped
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and place the corn tortillas on a baking sheet.
