  • whole wheat wraps
  • ripe avocados
  • 200 grams smoked salmon
  •  handful of arugula
  • red onion
  • tablespoons lemon juice
  •  salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1 Start by finely chopping the red onion.
  2. 2 Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Mash the flesh in a bowl with a fork.
  3. 3 Add the lemon juice to the mashed avocado and stir well. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4 Spread the mashed avocado over the four wraps.
  5. 5 Place a few slices of smoked salmon on each wrap and sprinkle the chopped red onion over them.
