12 lasagna sheets (lactose-free)
500 gr fresh spinach
250 gr lactose-free ricotta
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
400 gr diced tomatoes (can)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
150 gr lactose-free mozzarella

Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2Heat the olive oil in a large pan and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
3Add the spinach to the pan and let it wilt. Then add the diced tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
4Add the ricotta to the pan and mix well. Remove the pan from the heat.
5Layer lasagna sheets in a baking dish. Spread a layer of the spinach-ricotta mixture over it and repeat until all ingredients are used. The top layer should consist of the spinach-ricotta mixture.
6Slice the mozzarella into thin slices and place them over the top layer. Bake the lasagna for 30-35 minutes in the oven, or until the top is golden brown.
