Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna sheets (lactose-free)
  • 500 gr fresh spinach
  • 250 gr lactose-free ricotta
  • onion, finely chopped
  • cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 400 gr diced tomatoes (can)
  • tbsp olive oil
  • tsp dried oregano
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  • 150 gr lactose-free mozzarella

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2 Heat the olive oil in a large pan and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
  3. 3 Add the spinach to the pan and let it wilt. Then add the diced tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. 4 Add the ricotta to the pan and mix well. Remove the pan from the heat.
  5. 5 Layer lasagna sheets in a baking dish. Spread a layer of the spinach-ricotta mixture over it and repeat until all ingredients are used. The top layer should consist of the spinach-ricotta mixture.
  6. 6 Slice the mozzarella into thin slices and place them over the top layer. Bake the lasagna for 30-35 minutes in the oven, or until the top is golden brown.
