Ingredients

  • pack of tofu (400g)
  • red bell pepper
  • 200 g broccoli florets
  • carrots
  • zucchini
  • spring onions
  • cloves of garlic
  • tbsp soy sauce
  • tbsp sesame oil
  • tsp ginger powder
  •  Sunflower oil for frying
  •  Pepper and salt to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Cut the tofu into cubes and fry them in a hot wok pan with some sunflower oil until golden brown. Remove them from the wok and set aside.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, cut all the vegetables into pieces or strips.
  3. 3 Add a little more oil to the wok and then add the garlic, ginger, and vegetables. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until al dente.
  4. 4 Add the tofu, soy sauce, and sesame oil and mix everything well. Let it sit on the heat for a few more minutes so the flavors can meld together.
