4 whole wheat wraps
200 grams cooked lentils
2 chicken breasts
2 tomatoes
1 cucumber
2 cloves of garlic
200 grams Greek yogurt
fresh mint
olive oil
salt and pepper

Instructions
1Slice the chicken into thin slices and fry them in a bit of olive oil until cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
2Meanwhile, grate the cucumber and squeeze out the excess liquid. This will prevent your tzatziki from becoming too watery.
3Mix the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, pressed garlic, and some chopped mint to make your tzatziki.
4Warm up the wraps as indicated on the packaging. This will make them soft and easier to roll.
5Divide the cooked lentils, fried chicken, sliced tomatoes, and tzatziki over the wraps.
6Roll up the wraps and cut them in half. And voilà, your healthy lunch is ready. Enjoy!
