Refreshing Lentil Wraps with Chicken and Tzatziki

Ingredients

  • whole wheat wraps
  • 200 grams cooked lentils
  • chicken breasts
  • tomatoes
  • cucumber
  • cloves of garlic
  • 200 grams Greek yogurt
  •  fresh mint
  •  olive oil
  •  salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1 Slice the chicken into thin slices and fry them in a bit of olive oil until cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, grate the cucumber and squeeze out the excess liquid. This will prevent your tzatziki from becoming too watery.
  3. 3 Mix the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, pressed garlic, and some chopped mint to make your tzatziki.
  4. 4 Warm up the wraps as indicated on the packaging. This will make them soft and easier to roll.
  5. 5 Divide the cooked lentils, fried chicken, sliced tomatoes, and tzatziki over the wraps.
