400 grams tofu
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
200 grams sugar snap peas
4 spring onions, chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce (gluten-free if needed)
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions
1Pat the tofu dry and cut into cubes.
2Heat the oil in a large skillet and fry the tofu until golden brown on all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3In the same pan, add the garlic, bell pepper, and sugar snap peas. Cook over medium heat until the vegetables are tender.
