Ingredients

  • 200 grams green beans
  • eggs
  • large potatoes
  • 200 grams tofu
  • 100 grams bean sprouts
  • cucumber
  • red bell pepper
  • tablespoons peanut sauce
  •  Ketjap for marinating
  •  Coconut oil for frying
  •  Fried onions for garnish
  •  Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1 Cut the tofu into cubes and marinate it in ketjap for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, cook the eggs and potatoes until done. Cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. 3 Blanch the green beans and bean sprouts briefly in boiling water.
  4. 4 Cut the cucumber and bell pepper into thin strips.
  5. 5 Fry the tofu in coconut oil until crispy.
  6. 6 Divide all ingredients over four plates and drizzle the peanut sauce on top.
  7. 7 Garnish with fried onions and fresh coriander. Enjoy your meal!
