1 kg floury potatoes
500 grams sliced kale
100 grams pine nuts
50 ml warm milk
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1Peel the potatoes and cut them into equal pieces.
2Put the potatoes in a large pan, add water until they are just covered and bring to a boil.
3After 10 minutes, add the kale and cook for another 15 minutes.
4Meanwhile, roast the pine nuts in a dry pan until they are golden brown. Don't stress! Stay with them as they can quickly burn.
5Drain the potatoes and kale and mash them with a masher.
6Add the warm milk and olive oil and mix well. This adds extra flavor and a creamy texture.
7Season with salt and pepper and stir in the roasted pine nuts.
8Serve the mash with a little extra olive oil on top. Enjoy!
